FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The man accused of killing two people and wounding a third in a Fort Wayne gas station last year has been cleared for trial.
On Tuesday, a judge found Joseph Bossard competent for trial.
Police say he opened fire in a gas station off East State Boulevard last February after getting into an argument with three other customers. Bossard is set to go to trial on murder and attempted murder charges in August.
