INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Former Vice President and former Indiana Governor Mike Pence is trying to distance himself from former President Trump.
Pence criticized his former boss during comments at the Indiana State Fair yesterday, saying Trump was “surrounded by a group of crackpot lawyers that kept telling him what his itching ears wanted to hear.”
He said he did his job properly the day of the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6th 2021, when Congress certified the election of Joe Biden as President and says he had “no right to overturn the election.”
