The longtime late-night host will be honored for his outstanding contributions to TV over his career. The Television Hall Of Fame was established in 1984. Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf have decided to divorce after 21 years. Kelley, a former Real World cast member, shared a heartfelt message on Instagram about their “long, quiet journey” and commitment to co-parenting their children with “integrity and compassion.” Scott, best known for Party of Five, said the decision was the “most difficult” of his life. A sequel to the beloved Cartoon Network series Steven Universe is headed to Prime Video. Steven Universe: Lars Of The Stars, will follow the adventures of teen Lars Barriga as he travels across space with pirates, evading authorities and uncovering mysteries. GLAAD’s 2024 box office report card shows Hollywood’s top distributors received mostly “poor” or “insufficient” marks for LGBTQ representation, as the number of inclusive films has fallen for the second consecutive year. While A24 earned a “good” grade with 56% of its films deemed LGBTQ-inclusive, most other major studios scored “fair” or lower. (THR)
Chris Robinson, known for playing doctors on TV, has died at 86. With over 100 roles, he was best known as Dr. Rick Webber on General Hospital from 1978-1986. His portrayal of the adoptive father of iconic character Laura became part of pop culture. His career included a series-regular role on 12 O’Clock High and a part in the film Birdman Of Alcatraz. Ananda Lewis, former MTV VJ and talk show host, has died at the age of 52. Her sister announced the news on Facebook, saying she is “free and in His heavenly arms.” Lewis revealed in 2020 that she had been diagnosed with stage III breast cancer, and she later shared her decision to not undergo a double mastectomy, which led to her cancer progressing to stage IV.
