ADAMS CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Health is confirming two measles cases in Adams County.
They are the first measles cases in northeast Indiana this year, but the IDOH says there are 15 other cases in Parke, Switzerland, and Wayne counties.
Symptoms include a rash, cough, watery eyes, a runny nose, and a high fever. Measles is extremely contagious for people who have not been vaccinated.
