INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Attorney General Todd Rokita has announced plans to seek reelection next year rather than run for a higher office.
The announcement brings an end to the speculation that Rokita could run for governor or U.S. Senate instead of seeking reelection.
The Republican says he’s proud of his work in returning “nearly $1 billion dollars to Indiana taxpayers in the last few years.”
He’s pledging to continue his work “protecting citizens and state jobs from federal overreach, bureaucrats, and special interests.”
