DEKALB CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department says that an Angola woman had to be hospitalized following a crash over the weekend in Ashley.
On Saturday, police say that Tamara Britton, 55 was traveling west on West State Street around 1:30 p.m. when she reportedly blacked out. She then veered off the road and struck a telephone pole.
Britton sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by family members. Her vehicle was totaled.
The DeKalb Co. Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Ashley Fire Dept., Parkview EMS and Bill’s Towing.
