DEKALB CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – Traffic was backed up on I-69 Thursday morning after a semi hit an abandoned trailer on the side of the roadway.
It happened just south of Auburn at about 5:35 a.m., according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver, Marc Eicher of Butler, suffered minor injuries.
Traffic near the 324-mile marker was slow while crews cleared the debris.
The DeKalb Co. Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Auburn Fire, INDOT, C. Noel’s Towing, and Parker’s Towing.
